We will have 2 regional events in the west and middle west of the US and one event in the east part of Canada. All of them marketing events of the MICE segment and exclusive for the Mexican suppliers. Based of prescheduled appointments and tabletop format with an approximate of 10 prescheduled appointments per supplier.

The Touristic industryMexico will be able to participate and get benefits from the appointments with the meeting planners attending each event.

The cost of participation for the destinations (CVB’s, Tourism Boards and Fideicomisos) is $1,800 USD* plus taxes per event; and for Mexican Companies the cost is $2,300 USD plus taxes per event. This costs include:

*In this fee comes included the discount made to the destinations because of the MTB support to them.

a) One single or double room for 2 nights (march 10 & 11 and/or 15 & 16 and/or 18 & 19).

b) Networking Breakfast on march 11th and/or march 16th and/or 19th.

c) American Breakfast for one on march 12th and/or march 17th and/or 20th.

d) Prescheduled appointments agenda and tabletop in 1,2 or the 3 events.

e) 1 badge perevent.

f) Welcome Cocktail on March 10th and/or march 15th and/or march 18th.

g) Networking lunch on march 11th and/or march 16th and/or 19th.

h) Preferential rates in pre-post nights at the hotels.

i) Registration Kit in 1, 2 or the 3 events.

***The destination or Company that participate in 2 of the 3 events will get a 10% off discount and the one that participate in the 3 events will get a 15% off discount.

FORMAT OF THE EVENT:

Arrival day: Networking Cocktail at the host hotel.

09:00 Prescheduled appointments citas (12 appointments per supplier)

12:15 Educational sessions

13:00 Lunch

Departure day: Breakfast (courtesy cupon for one person).
